| | | | | | | | | Subject: | Ordinance No. 2019-60 Amending Chapter 10, Bicycles and Bicycle Paths, to include Comprehensive Revisions, including a Pilot Program for Scooter-Share Services, and Amending Chapter 5, Code Enforcement, to include violations of Chapter 10.05 | | Summary: | The attached Ordinance includes comprehensive amendments to Chapter 10 of the Code of the City of Orlando, primarily to establish a pilot program for Scooter-Share Services in the City of Orlando. The amendments to Chapter 10, establish parking and other regulations for scooters in general and operational parameters and permitting procedures for Scooter-Share Companies conducting business in the City. The amendments also include terms to make the existing bike-share provisions consistent with the new scooter-share provisions.
