On December 9, 2024, City Council accepted the Meeting Minutes and Approved the Actions of the Appearance Review Board for the Meeting of November 21, 2024 – except for Item #2 (Case No. ARB2024-10014) which was appealed by adversely-affected person, David Brandt, via the filing of a request for a Quasi-Judicial Hearing Before a Hearing Officer.
