Interlocal Agreement between the City of Orlando and Orange County, Florida

Summary:

The City of Orlando and Orange County ("Parties") were participating in the conflict resolution process established in Chapter 164, Florida Statutes to address the Sunbridge phase 1 and phase 2 annexations. Pursuant to Chapter 164, the Parties have reached an agreement to settle the dispute. On October 29, 2024, the Orange County Board of County Commissioners approved the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Orlando and Orange County, Florida.


Fiscal & Efficiency Data: No immediate fiscal impact, specific agreements will be presented for City Council approval at a later date.

Recommended Action:
Approving the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Orlando and Orange County, Florida and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the samesubject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
