Colonial Drive, west of SR 520, east of Sunbridge and north of Osceola County line. City Council accepted the petition for the voluntary annexation for this property on September 23, 2024. The subject property is contiguous to the City limits. If annexed, the property will not create an enclave. The proposed annexation meets all requirements under Chapter 171, Florida Statutes.
