Summary:
Ordinance No. 2024-37 will change the future land use designation from Public, Recreational, Institutional to Industrial and change the zoning designations from Public (P) to Industrial General (I-G) for ±2.86 acres of property generally located south of W. Washington Street, west of N. Dollins Avenue, east of N. Texas Avenue, and north of W. Central Boulevard.
On July 16, 2024, the Municipal Planning Board (MPB) recommended approval of the GMP amendment to change the future land use designation from Public, Recreational, Institutional to Industrial (GMP2024-10004) and rezoning from Public (P) to Industrial General (I-G) (ZON2024-10005). |
