Summary: | To provide for the safety of pedestrians, it is necessary to ensure that the City's sidewalks remain open and accessible to the citizens of and visitors to the City of Orlando. Ordinance No. 2023-55 will amend Section 43.06 of the City Code of the City of Orlando to include additional language that constitutes disorderly conduct if an individual intentionally blocks the passage of another person or requires the other person to take evasive action to avoid physical contact. |
