The ordinance includes the Winter Cycle of GMP amendments for the 2022 calendar year.  A summary of the proposed amendments is below:

GMP2020-10005, Historic Preservation Element - GMP amendment to update the Historic Preservation Element, Figure HP-2 (Local Historic Landmarks) to add one recently designated Local Landmark at 921 Bentley Street and other minor updates.

GMP2021-10016, AdventHealth Narcoossee - GMP amendment to assign the Urban Village and Conservation future land use designations.  The subject property is generally located east of Narcoossee Road, south of Falcon Parc Boulevard, and north of Central Florida Greeneway (SR 417) and is approximately 67.28 acres.

GMP2021-10017, AdventHealth Narcoossee Subarea Policy - GMP amendment to Create Future Land Use Subarea S.35.5 to be included into the Southeast Orlando Sector Plan.  The subject property is generally located east of Narcoossee Road, south of Falcon Parc Boulevard, and north of Central Florida Greeneway (SR 417) and is approximately 67.28 acres.

GMP2021-10021, Transportation Element Amendment - GMP amendment to update several Transportation Element Goals, Objectives, Policies and Figures and create new objectives and policies consistent with recent urban transportation planning’s best practices.

No fiscal impact.

Approving Ordinance No. 2022-4 on first reading and requesting the Mayor and City Clerk present the draft ordinance for second reading and public hearing at a future City Council meeting after review by the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity.
