Summary:

The applicant proposes to plat right of way for Centerline Drive consistent with the previously approved Master Plan. The subject property is located north of Luminary Blvd. between Poitras N-4 and Poitras N-9 within the Lake Nona South Neighborhood. The property is approximately 1.9 acres (SUB2020-10087).

Recommended Action:

Approving a final major subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorizing signature of the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
