Summary:

The applicant proposes to plat right-of way within the Poitras property to connect to Boggy Creek Road consistent with the previously approved Master Plan. The subject property is located North of Boggy Creek Road, east of Poitras N-3 and south of Luminary Blvd within the Lake Nona South Neighborhood. The property is approximately 2.6 acres (SUB2021-10052).

Fiscal and Efficiency Data:

No fiscal impact.

Recommended Action:

Approving a final major subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorizing signature of the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
