Subject:Subgrant Award for Highway Traffic Safety Funds from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for Fiscal Year 2022
Summary:

Under the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Project Number M5HVE-2022-00041 Orlando Police Department (OPD) will receive $106,000 for Fiscal Year 2022. The grant amount will be used for overtime (salary/benefits) costs associated with Orlando Police Department Impaired Driving Enforcement Team.

Recommended Action:

Approving and accepting the Grant Award by City Council, execution by the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and the Chief of Police, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office and the Grants Development Supervisor.
