A. Variance of 2 ft.8 in.to allow a 6 ft.8 in. wall on the west side property line within the 25 ft. front yard setback, where 4 ft. Is maximum height allowed; and

VAR2021-10052 1328 W. Church Street (± 0.34 acres) (at the southwest corner of W. Church Street and S. Norton Ave., all west of S. Orange Blossom Trail). Variance of ±210 ft. to allow an outside block/brick and material storage area to be ±90 ft. from an MU-1/SP zoned property, where a minimum 300 ft. separation is required. 5
