| | | | | | | | | Subject: | Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) Electric Easement relating to Grand Avenue Primary Learning Center | | Summary: | In conjunction with renovation of the Grand Avenue Primary Learning Center, "School," the City has requested Orlando Utilities Commission's (OUC) installation of electric facilities, including transformer equipment, to serve the School. OUC has agreed to install the electric facilities on the condition that an utility easement is established across the City property, to ensure OUC's ability to operate and maintain the electric facilities.
