| | | | | | | | | Subject: | Street Right-Of-Way Encroachment and Removal Agreement for 3500 Putter Lane | | Summary: | Jordan and Amelia Davis own 3500 Putter Lane along Dubsdread Golf Course. The owners requested a Street Right-Of-Way Encroachment and Removal Agreement for installation of perimeter fencing. Dubsdread Golf Course Management determined the City's portion of the Putter Lane vacated right of way between the residence and the golf course is not needed for the play, nor is needed for access to the golf course. The agreement transfers on going maintenance to the homeowner. Should the City require use of the vacated right of way, the City can notify the homeowner to remove fencing with thirty (30) days written notice. The homeowner is to provide insurance and to indemnify the City. | | Fiscal and Efficiency Data: | No fiscal impact. | | Recommended Action: | Approving Street Right-Of-Way Encroachment and Removal Agreement in substantially the form attached and authorizing the City's Public Works Director to execute the agreement and authorizing the Owner to record the agreement in the Public Records of Orange County, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office. | | Contact: | Laurie Botts laurie.botts@orlando.gov, 407-246-2653; Matthew Soss, matthew.soss@orlando.gov, 407-246-2295, Richard Howard, Richard.Howard@orlando.gov, 407-246-3222 |
