The Streets and Stormwater Division and Procurement and Contracts Division have evaluated the bid and recommend award to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder, Cemex, Inc. of Orlando FL, for Ready Mix Concrete for Construction Repairs and related products.
The initial contract term is for three (3) years with the option to renew for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods. Actual expenditures and usage will be on an as-needed basis at the established unit prices and available funding. The estimated annual expenditure is $179,800.
