A request for final approval of a minor plat titled SODO House by the Lake. The applicant proposes to plat 25 lots to allow for future townhome development consistent with the previously approved Master Plan. The subject property is located at 316 W. Michigan St., south of Michigan St and west of Lake Holden Terrace within the South Division Neighborhood. The property is approximately 2.14 acres (SUB2020-10050).

Approving the final minor subdivision plat, subject to satisfactory review by City Staff, and authorizing signature of the Mayor or  Mayor Pro Tem, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
