Agreement with Dave's House, Inc. for Feasibility Study
Summary:

Dave’s House will conduct a feasibility study and develop a business plan to ensure critical mental health services are in place during this time of great need during the COVID pandemic and well beyond. This study will focus on the Pathways Drop-In Center (PDIC) which is at risk for permanent closure without immediate intervention.

Fiscal & Efficiency Data: Fiscal impact statement is attached.
Recommended Action:
Approving the agreement and authorizing the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
