Summary:
On August 10, 2020, City Council approved, as part of the FY 2020/2021 Annual Action Plan, a request from Rebuilding Together of Central Florida, Inc., for CDBG funding in the amount of One Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($160,000). In addition, Rebuilding Together of Central Florida has Seventy-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Seven Dollars ($79,587) from FY 2019/2020 for a total amount of Two Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Seven Dollars ($239,587). Funding will enable Rebuilding Together to provide roof replacements to approximately seventeen (17) homes owned and occupied by low-income homeowners in the Orlando city limits. |

Fiscal & Efficiency Data:
Funded by a combination of HUD FY 2020/2021 CDBG funding as approved on 8/10/20 as part of the Annual Action Plan, and reallocated prior year funding. See attached Fiscal Impact Statement.

Recommended Action:
Approving and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement with Rebuilding Together of Central Florida, Inc. in the amount of Two Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Seven Dollars ($239,587) after review of the documents by the City Attorney's Office and Grants Development Supervisor. |
