Summary:

Senior Staff recommends approval of the following changes to Policy and Procedures:

137.3 - Green Buildings - Lead Silver Certification. This is a new policy. To meet the 2030 goals identified through the Municipal Operations Sustainability Plan, newly constructed municipal buildings will need to gradually increase performance requirements. This policy and procedure is intended to strengthen the practice of building to LEED certification standards over the past decade.

Recommended Action:
Approving changes to Policy and Procedure 137.3.
