A final major subdivision plat titled Urbon at Nona, SUB2020-10025


A request for final approval of a major plat titled Urbon at Nona. The applicant proposes to plat a multifamily parcel along with 9 tracts to support development consistent with the previously approved Master Plan. The subject property is located at 12501 Wewahootee Road (southeast corner of SR 417 and Dowden Road) within the Storey Park Neighborhood. The property is approximately 63.3 acres (SUB2020-10025).

Recommended Action:

Approving the final major subdivision plat, subject to satisfactory review by City Staff, and authorize signature of the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
