Employment Agreement for Felix Roman as Office Assistant

Summary:

The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring that development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and municipal code standards. The Permitting Services Division is requesting to enter into a new employment agreement with Felix Roman, as an Office Assistant (full-time contract). Mr. Roman will be responsible for supporting the Plan Review section under the direction of the Permitting Services Manager. This position is included in the FY 2019/2020 and FY 2020/2021 budgets as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about November 10, 2020 and ending on or about November 9, 2021. 



Fiscal & Efficiency Data: Fiscal impact statement is attached.

Recommended Action:
Approving an employment agreement between the City of Orlando and Felix Roman as Office Assistant.
