A request for final approval of a minor plat titled Fence. The applicant proposes to replat 2 lots to allow for future residential development consistent with the previously approved Replat with modification. The subject property is located at 2009 Hamilton Lane, south of E. Kaley Street, west of S. Summerlin Avenue, and north of E. Hardy Street within the Wadeview Park Neighborhood. The property is approximately 0.36 acres (SUB2020-10042).

Recommended Action:

Approving the final minor subdivision plat, subject to satisfactory review by City Staff, and authorizing signature of the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
