Renewal of Employment Agreement for David Virag as Customer Service Supervisor

Summary:
The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring that development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and municipal code standards. The Permitting Services Division is requesting the renewal of David Virag’s contract, as Customer Service Supervisor (contract). Mr. Virag is responsible for processing and issuing permit applications under the direction of the Customer Service Manager. This position is included in the FY 2019/2020 and FY 2020/2021 budgets as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about November 12, 2020 and ending November 11, 2021.

Fiscal & Efficiency Data: Fiscal impact statement is attached.

Recommended Action:
Approving renewal of Employment Agreement for David Virag as Customer Service Supervisor.
