Right-of-Way Encroachment and Removal Agreement between City of Orlando and Edgewater Holding Corp.
Summary:
Edgewater Holding Corp, "Owner," owns an office building located at 1401 Edgewater Drive.  The building, which was constructed years ago, encroaches approximately 1.7 feet into the City's right-of-way for Edgewater Drive.  The attached Agreement provides (i) authorization for the building's slight encroachment into the right of way, until the property is redeveloped and (ii) that the Owner must insure, and indemnify, the City against any liability that may arise from the encroachment.     
 
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: No fiscal Impact.
Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
