Forfeiture Trust Fund Expenditure - Tough Biker Corporation

Summary:

The Chief of Police requests approval to incur the following charitable donation, payable from the Law Enforcement Trust Fund (LETF), provided that the City Attorney's office reviews and certifies that the donation complies with Fla. Stat § 932.7055:

The sum of $4,500.00 to Tough Biker Corporation. The Tough Biker mission is to make a difference with the homeless and low-income youth in the community who experience negative effects of at-risk behavior. This program impacts the youth in the community by officers directly engaging with them in a positive manner.
