Summary:
Universal City Development Partners has requested that OUC and the City release an existing easement that was originally granted at no cost to OUC and the City on January 19, 1988. There are no OUC facilities located within the original easement and the easement is no longer needed for OUC's operations. A new easement will be acquired to serve any new customers within the property. The easement being released is located south of Sand Lake Road and ease of Perimeter Road. |

Approval of the attached Release of Easement - Universal City Development Properties - Lockheed Tempest Building and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office. |
