Facilities Management Division and Procurement and Contracts Division have evaluated the bids and recommend award to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, D. H. Pace Company, Inc., of Orlando, FL, for maintenance and repair of overhead roll-up doors.
The initial contract term is for three (3) years with the option to renew for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods. Actual expenditures and usage will be on an as-needed basis at the established unit prices and available funding. The estimated expenditure for the initial three (3) year term is $225,000.00.
The M/WBE Division has reviewed the subject solicitation and has determined that there were no city-certified M/WBE firms that are able to provide the subject goods or services. |
Recommended Action:
Approval of award to D. H. Pace Company, Inc. and authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to enter into a Contract and subsequent renewals, as indicated above, in the estimated amount of $225,000.00 for the initial three-year term, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office. |
