Summary:
Ordinance 2019-23 will annex, assign future land use and initial zoning to the property at 1720 Conway Gardens Road, which is south of Curry Ford Road, west of Conway Gardens Road, north of Edland Drive and east of Crocker Avenue and is approximately 0.34 acres. The annexation is being requested in order to develop two single-family homes and up to two accessory dwelling units.
The Municipal Planning Board recommended approval of the annexation (ANX2018-10019), the GMP amendment to assign Residential Low Intensity future land use designation (GMP2018-10037), and the initial zoning of R-1 (ZON2018-10033) on February 19, 2019. The first reading of Ordinance No. 2019-23 was heard at the March 28, 2019 City Council meeting. |
