The attached ordinance will amend the Shah PD to allow additional uses including a restaurant and providing additional conditions for the 3.15 acre property. The property is located on the north side of Vineland Road, east of Peregrine Avenue, and west of Kirkman Road.
The proposed restaurant is limited to a single tenant space of 2,017 square feet.
The Municipal Planning Board recommended approval of the planned development amendment on December 18, 2018. The City Council approved the December MPB minutes on the Council agenda on January 14, 2019. |
