Summary:

The attached ordinance will amend the Shah PD to allow additional uses including a restaurant and providing additional conditions for the 3.15 acre property. The property is located on the north side of Vineland Road, east of Peregrine Avenue, and west of Kirkman Road.

The proposed restaurant is limited to a single tenant space of 2,017 square feet.

The Municipal Planning Board recommended approval of the planned development amendment on December 18, 2018. The City Council approved the December MPB minutes on the Council agenda on January 14, 2019.

Recommended Action:

Approve the attached Ordinance No. 2019-21 on first reading and request that the Mayor and City Clerk present the draft ordinance for second reading and public hearing at the next regular City Council meeting.
