Right-of-Way Encroachment Agreement for 1919 Espanola Drive

Summary:
The property owner at 1919 Espanola Drive is requesting to install and maintain a 5.5' X 16' concrete pad within the right-of-way of Espanola Drive that is owned and maintain by the City of Orlando. Transportation Engineering and Permitting Services staff members have reviewed the request and have determined that no sight restriction or pedestrian obstruction will be created by placing the concrete pad at this location.

Recommended Action:

Approval of the Street Right-of-Way Encroachment and Removal Agreement for a concrete pad, and authorization for the Mayor/Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute the same, subject to review by the City Attorney's Office.
