Recommended Action:
Meeting minutes of MPB Only for Item #3: Accept the Meeting Minutes and Approve the Actions of the Municipal Planning Board for the Meeting of November 20, 2018 ONLY for Item #3 (ZOI House Orlando, MPL2018-10066), which had been deferred per the Applicant’s request to allow for them to reach an agreement with the adjacent property owner. Agreement reached subject to the following modified condition:
“Applicant will ensure vehicular access through the existing 15’ ROW/easement as well as the existing 29.92’ easement at a quality no less than what currently exists to the properties located at 332 N. Magnolia, 326 N. Magnolia Ave., and 320 N. Magnolia Ave., and 355 North Orange Ave. to the satisfaction of the owners of those properties as evidenced in writing by the owners.” |
