Summary:
The attached proposed development agreement is by and between the City of Orlando, Creative Village Development, LLC and Creative Village Parcel M Owner, LLC.
The agreement relates to the proposed development of a high-rise multi-family residential building with ground floor commercial uses and parking garage. The agreement will:
1. Arrange for the developer to undertake work to construct a portion of Putnam Avenue; and
2. Arrange for the developer to make certain improvements to the Tennis Center; and
3. Provide transportation impact fee credit to the developer; and
4. Provide sewer benefit fee credit to the developer; and
5. Commits the developer and the City to negotiate a parks impact fee agreement for the assignment of parks impact fee credits for work being done to construct the Creative Village Central Park; and
6. Arrange for the developer to provide fiber conduit improvements; and
7. Provide credit to the developer for certain environmental work being done on Parcel M. |
