Summary:
Employee Guy Mecabe will perform the duties and responsibilities as manager of the Water Reclamation's Industrial Automation Group, including managing information systems, industrial SCADA systems (PLC and HMI), network design and implementation, database development and maintenance, and systems analysis.

Recommended Action:
Approve employment agreement and authorize signature by the Mayor/Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk for Guy Mecabe as Industrial Automation Manager, subject to satisfactory review by the City Attorney's Office.
