Summary:
The City of Orlando entered into an agreement with the Health Care Center for the Homeless, Inc. to provide One Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand One Hundred Eighty Six Dollars (177,186.00) in Community Development Block Grant funds to rehabilitate the health care center facility located at 232 North Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, Florida, 32805. The City recorded the executed Mortgage and Restrictive Covenant on January 11, 2012. The Health Care Center for the Homeless, Inc. has fulfilled the requirements of the agreement by using the property to provide medical and health care services for low-income persons for at least five (5) years. Staff is requesting City Council's approval to cancel the note, release and discharge the Health Care Center for the Homeless, Inc.'s property from the lien and operation of said mortgage and restrictive covenant. |

Recommended Action:
