The subject property is located north of Lake Nona Boulevard, east of Wellspring Drive, and west of Savona Way. The site is +/-102 acres; District 1.

Request for approval of a Specific Parcel Master Plan (SPMP) and preliminary plat for 54 estate single family lots and several tracts for recreation and future development of condominiums.
