Orlando City Soccer Club (OCSC) requests approval of a one-year Temporary Use Permit for a 50-space unimproved parking lot for OCSC employees. Parking would occur not only on game days, but also during regular business hours throughout the year. 

OCSC states:

Upon permit approval, OCSC will improve the parking surface by grading and installing 3" of #57 stone.  Additionally, the fencing will be upgraded with new poles and a gate. The attached images illustrate the proposed area including a parking plan. Employee vehicles will access the parking from West Pine St, just east of the Stadium. 

Approve the requested temporary use permit for one year (until September 4, 2019) with an option for one 1-year extension, subject to the following conditions:

1. Solid hedging must be installed along the west edge of the parking lot in addition to the north, east and south as shown on the plan. The hedging in all locations must be a min. 30 in. tall at planting. 
2. No public parking can occur on the temporary parking lot.
3. The lot must be maintained at all times to keep it free of debris and trash.
4. Any gate at the egress to the parking lot must be set back 20 ft. from the Pine St. right-of-way.
5. Both access points shall be paved a min. 15 ft. from the Pine St. right-of-way.
6. An engineering permit is required prior to installation of the above required improvements.
