Summary:
The applicant has requested the voluntary annexation of ±10.2 acres of property located north of McCoy Road, west of Narcoossee Road, south of Narcoossee Park Road. The site is addressed as 7800 Narcoossee Road. The site is currently under construction for a U-Haul facility and will be completed through Orange County permitting services. The Orange County future land use designation for this property is Industrial and County zoning is IND-1/IND-5. The applicant has requested a future land use designation of Industrial and an initial zoning of I-C (Industrial Commercial).
The proposed annexation will allow for the subject site to connect to City sewer services. |

The fiscal impact statement will be submitted with the ordinance for the annexation, pending City Council’s acceptance of this petition for annexation.

Recommended Action:
Direct the City Attorney to prepare an annexation ordinance for consideration by City Council and authorize staff to initiate a Growth Management Plan (GMP) amendment and initial zoning for the subject property. |
