Interlocal Agreement between Orange County and City of Orlando regarding Transfer of Jurisdiction Over Portions of East Pineloch Street and Butler's Drive

Summary:

On June 25, 2018, the City approved an Interlocal Agreement with Orange County, Transferring Jurisdiction over portions of East Pineloch Street and Butler's Drive.  The transfer of East Pineloch Street was approved from Orange Avenue to Sylvan Avenue.  The City and County have subsequently agreed to transfer the adjacent segment of Pineloch Street going east from Sylvan Avenue to Osceola Avenue.  The attached Interlocal Agreement combines the City's approvals of the transfer of Pineloch Street on June 25, 2018 (from Orange Avenue to Sylvan Avenue) and the Butler's Drive segment, with the City's approval of the additional portion of Pineloch Street from Sylvan Avenue to Osceola Avenue on the date hereof.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the Agreement in substantially the form attached and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
