Summary:

The attached ordinance will rezone the 10.9 acre property from AC-N/AN to PD/AN. The proposed PD limits development to 260 multifamily units and 45,000 sq. ft. of commercial uses and 124,000 sq. ft. of personal storage use. Also included is a list of prohibited uses and height limitations based on use and site location. The PD also establishes an underlying zoning of MU-1/AN.

The MPB recommended approval of this request on May 15, 2018. City Council approved the meeting minutes of this request on June 11, 2018.

First Reading was accepted by City Council at the August 20 meeting.

Recommended Action:
Adopt the attached ordinance number 2018-47 and authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk or Mayor Pro Tempore and City Clerk to execute on behalf of the City upon final review and approval by the City Attorney.
