Summary:
GOAA has submitted an application for a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grant in the maximum amount of $16,833,882 for the design of the Rehabilitation of Runways 17R/35L and 18L/36 at Orlando International Airport (Project).  The FAA has approved the Project.  The City, as the governing body, is the "Sponsor" of, and must approve and execute, the Grant Agreement.

Recommended Action:
Approval of, and authorization for the Mayor to execute the Grant Agreement and related contracts, and authorization for an Assistant City Attorney to execute the Certificate of Sponsor's Attorney
