Summary:
This large scale GMP amendment is to change approximately 10.94 acres from Neighborhood Activity Center to Mixed Use Corridor – Medium Intensity. The change will accommodate a personal storage use along with other commercial uses and multi-family development.
On May 15, 2018, the Municipal Planning Board recommended approval of the GMP amendment to change the future land use designation from Neighborhood Activity Center to Mixed Use Corridor – Medium Intensity for 10.94 acres (Case #GMP2018-10010). The MPB also approved an associated PD request for new development of 260 multi-family units, a ±124,000 square foot personal storage facility and ±45,000 square feet of commercial uses (Case #ZON2018-10004).
The PD request will be part of a separate ordinance on this City Council agenda. |
