Summary:

The Information Technology Division and Procurement and Contracts Division are requesting to utilize GSA Contract Schedule GS-35F-0265X  with Immix Technology, Inc, of McLean, Virginia, for KRONOS Workforce Software and Equipment Maintenance in the estimated annual amount of $136,849.34. The current GSA contract term expires on March 2, 2021.

The City does not utilize other agencies’ contracts when there are opportunities for City-certified M/WBE firms to participate.  The M/WBE office has reviewed the subject procurement and has determined that there were no City-certified M/WBE firms that are able to provide the subject goods or services.

Recommended Action:

Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to utilize GSA Contract Schedule GS-35F-0265X with Immix Technology, Inc., as indicated above, in the estimated annual amount of $136,849.34.
