Summary:

The Housing Review Committee (HRC) is responsible for providing recommendations to the City Council on the selection of housing development projects to be funded with HOME Program funds. 

The HRC is comprised of representatives from City Planning, Urban Design, Orlando Police Dept., Permitting Services, Real Estate Management, Code Enforcement, Orange County Housing Finance Authority, and the Municipal Planning Board.

At their meeting on August 6, 2018 the HRC voted to recommend approval of a funding request from LIFT Orlando, Inc. in the amount of $1,050,000 for the development of a 120 unit affordable housing project - Pendana at West Lakes Senior Residences, located at 2205 Orange Center Boulevard.
