Summary:

Orlando Southwest Partners, predecessor in interest to UP FIELDGATE US INVESTMENTS-GARDEN AT MILLENIA, LLC and CITY FURNITURE, INC., "Grantors," granted a slope easement to the City on September 24, 1998, for construction of the I-4/Conroy interchange.  Per the Grantors' request, in conjunction with development of Grantors' property at 4751 and 4779 Vineland Road, the City has determined that the slope easement is no longer necessary and the parties have agreed to its termination.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Termination of Slope Easement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
