The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) has requested that City Council concur in GOAA's approval of the following items from its June 18, 2018 meeting:

CA Item M - New Theme Concession Agreement with Walt Disney Parks & Resorts U.S. Inc., and Reduce the Premises Under the Master Retail Concession Agreement with Westfield Airports, LLC

CA Item LL - Approve Change Orders to various contracts: Change Order BP-00455-03 in the credit amount of ($689,577.59) and 70 day calendar extension for substantial completion, Change Order BP-00467-04 in the credit amount of ($638,826.14) and no time extension. 

CA Item UU - Approve the Use of Capital Expenditure funds for Project H-00303, Taxiway C Pavement Repairs at Orlando International Airport

CA Item VV - Routine Disposal of Surplus Property

CA item WW - Approve the Use of Capital Expenditure Funds for Project Bid Package No. 00443, Airside 4 Improvement Program - Federal Inspection Station/U.S. Custom and Border Protection Renovation and Wind Expansion at Orlando International Airport

Recommended Action:
Concur in the approval of GOAA Consent Agenda Items M, LL, UU, VV, and WW, and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute any documents related thereto.
