Summary:
The attached ordinance will rezone the 10.9 acre property from AC-N/AN to PD/AN. The proposed PD limits development to 260 multifamily units and 45,000 sq. ft. of commercial uses and 124,000 sq. ft. of personal storage use. Also included is a list of prohibited uses and height limitations based on use and site location. The PD also establishes an underlying zoning of MU-1/AN.
The MPB recommended approval of this request on May 15, 2018. City Council approved the meeting minutes of this request on June 11, 2018. |
