Amendment No. 2 to The Bob Carr Management Agreement

Summary:
The City and the Dr. Philips Center for the Performing Arts, Inc. (DPC) previously entered into an agreement dated July 28, 2014, for DPC's management of the Bob Carr Theatre on an interim basis until Stage 2 of the new performing arts center is completed.  The term of the agreement has been extended once and is set to expire on August 31, 2018.  The City and DPC desire to extend the term again.   This Amendment No. 2 extends the term for an additional year beginning September 1, 2018 and ending August 31, 2019.  The terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged.

Recommended Action:
Approval of Amendment No. 2 to The Bob Carr Management Agreement and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review by the City Attorney's Office.
