Employment Agreement - Construction Inspector I - Plumbing- Angel Delgado

Summary:
The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring that development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and municipal code standards. Due to improvements in the economy and an increase in construction activity, the Permitting Services Division is requesting the approval of Mr. Angel Delgado's contract to fill the Construction Inspector I Engineering Contract position. Mr. Delgado performs plumbing field inspections to ensure new constructions/renovations of structures are in compliance with all national, state, and local codes. This position is included in the FY2018 and  FY2019 budget as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about August 6, 2018 and ending August 5, 2019.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the employment agreement for Construction Inspector I - Plumbing- Angel Delgado.
