Summary:
RCJ of Winter Park No. 2, LTD, has requested that OUC and the City of Orlando release an existing easement originally granted at no cost to OUC and the City on July 17, 2017. There are no OUC facilities located within the original easement and this easement is no longer needed for OUC's operations. New easements have been granted to OUC and the City at no cost for facilities necessary to serve the new development. The easement being released is located east of North Semoran Boulevard and south of Hanging Moss Road. |

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Release of Easement - Classic Mazda East and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office. |
