The subject property is located South of Beachline Expressway (SR528) and east of Central Florida Greenway (SR 417) within the Starwood Neighborhood. The property is approximately 47.6 acres (SUB2017-10043)

Recommend approval of the final major subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorize signature of the Mayor or  Mayor Pro Tem, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
