This is a 2 lot replat to allow for a future commercial development consistent with the previously approved Master Plan. The subject property is located at 4751 Vineland Rd. (southeast side of Vineland Rd., between N. Walden Cir. and Conroy Rd., adjacent to Interstate 4) within the Florida Center North neighborhood, The property is approximately 13.2 acres (SUB2017-10033).

Recommended Action:

Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorize signature of the Mayor or  Mayor Pro Tem, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
